Hosted MS Exchange

Most SMEs (or SMBs) cannot afford to have a Microsoft Exchange server 'in-house' because of the high upfront costs plus staff's time to maintain the server. This is why 'managed Exchange hosting' or 'Exchange outsourcing' makes sense for smaller businesses. What this means is that a specialist IT company hosts your Exchange and charge you a small monthly fee based on the number of mailboxes you use. Exchange email outsourcing allows you to enjoy the same enterprise-strength IT that Fortune 500 companies have, but at a price you can afford.

Microsoft SharePoint Hosting

Windows SharePoint Services permits you to collaborate via the Web in order share files and contact lists, store documents online, run blogs and wikis, and more. Deploying SharePoint in-house is a very expensive and time-consuming process. It requires high up-front investment for hardware and licenses, as well as IT staff to manage the service. That's why we recommend hosted SharePoint to be a much better option.

With hosted SharePoint, you get a managed SharePoint server and we charge you a small per-user fee each month. You don't have to pay any of the hardware or software costs and we take care of the set-up for you.

Note: We currently offer Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 only with hosted Exchange.

Blackberry Exchange Server (BES) Hosting

The BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) is the software that must be deployed on a separate server in order to synchronize data between your email server and BlackBerry wireless devices. BlackBerry Exchange means that the BES is connected to your Exchange server, so email, calendars, contacts and folders are always accessible on a BlackBerry device.

With BES, you have an option of synchronized BlackBerry® email - a simple, hosted service, with low monthly fees. Microsoft Active Sync

Hosted ActiveSync means that we manage the entire service for you from a tier-4 datacenter. You pay just a low per-user monthly fee and we will take care of all setup, maintenance, updates and patches.

Our hosted ActiveSync service gives your staff instant, anywhere access to their email from any Windows Mobile device, including the latest Treos, Motorola Q, Dash, BlackJack and many other smartphones such as iPhone,. ActiveSync's instant push technology keeps your employees' devices constantly synced and updated with the latest email, calendar and contact data.

We support secure Exchange email access on the iPhone 2.0 software through ActiveSync capability. Our hosted ActiveSync service on the iPhone gives your staff secure, instant, anywhere access to their email, calendars & contacts on their favorite device - making it the only device they need for work and home.

Exchange access through ActiveSync on the iPhone is more secure access than provided by IMAP / POP3 functionality. With this you also have the ability to remotely delete any corporate email or data if the device is lost or stolen.
